Mark as Useful Received call from woman with very heavy accent. Was told I was in default for a payday loan and for me or my attorney to return the call. I was going to be sued for non-pay and if I disregarded the call, I can expect to be pulled into court. They would either come to my house of my place of employment with a court summons. Then they told me that if I didn't call back or respond to this call, I would be immediately taken to jail. I don't have a payday loan. Applied for one but decided not to take it. This has to be a prank caller trying to extort money. A woman with the name of Scarlet Jackson with very heavy accent???? Don't think so. This is phone harrassment.
